If your order does not arrive within certain number of days after the package left our facility, you may request a full shipping refund under GQ Advantage. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days. Exclusion applies if the delays are caused to be an act of God such as adverse weather conditions.

60 Days Price Drop Protection

Our standard 30 days price drop protection is extended to 60 days under GQ Advantage. If the price of an item drops on our website or goes on sale within 60 days of your original purchase, you may request a credit for the price difference. Consoles, first party accessories, and promotional bundles are excluded.

90 Days Extended Store Warranty for Defective Products

Our standard 15 days store warranty is extended to 45 days under GQ Advantage. Simply contact our customer service department within 45 days of product receipt and we will arrange a replacement. Defective items can only be exchanged with the same item only. This warranty does not cover defects that resulted from consumer’s negligence or improper handling. Consoles and first party accessories are excluded.

Expedited Processing for Risk Free Shipping Claims

With our risk free shipping, our customer’s orders are automatically protected up to $100. If a package does not arrive or is received damaged, we require an investigation period up to 21 days before we close the claim and send out a replacement. With GQ Advantage, the waiting period is eliminated and a new shipment is released within 3 business days. You will still need to submit a claim form and may be contacted by the shipping carrier until the investigation is closed.
