The evil computer hacker Techno has taken over the world's main computer system. Now, Mega Man must travel into cyberspace and stop him from wreaking further havoc. Unfortunately, Techno has been able to revive some of Mega Man's past enemies. The blue hero must work his way through level after level of action, using his trusty blaster to help him dispatch the enemies. Like the other MEGA MAN games, after defeating a boss character, Mega Man can absorb their powers to use against other characters. In addition to the boss abilities, Mega Man will find four other upgrades that will allow him to dash and head-butt, among other things. On each of the three difficulty settings, new enemies and parts of the plot are revealed. Try to keep up with Mega Man in MEGA MAN XTREME.
